European Operations & Compliance Administrator

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented European Operations & Compliance Administrator to join our clients Dubai office and support operations related to European projects.

The successful candidate will coordinate employee onboarding workforce mobilisation documentation and compliance-related administration while liaising with internal teams and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee and operative onboarding and mobilisation for European projects.
• Maintain onboarding trackers employee records contracts and compliance documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure deadlines are met.
• Liaise with Payroll Compliance Recruitment Resourcing and Operations teams.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and other service partners.
• Assist with registrations appointments training site documentation and worker rotations.
• Provide administrative support to European Sales and Account Management teams.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Administration Operations Coordination Recruitment Administration Payroll Support or Compliance Administration.
• Exposure to European clients teams projects or international operations is preferred.
• Experience with onboarding employee documentation contracts or workforce coordination.
• Good Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent organisation communication attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in recruitment manpower construction engineering payroll services or international workforce operations would be advantageous.
