- Work on collecting data on customer behavior and the most sold and least sold products, which will form a key component of business process reviews.
- Strengthening relationships with clients through a holistic, multi-channel approach.
- Provide feedback and information regarding the product to the customer prior to the purchase process.
- Enhancing the employee loyalty index through employee initiatives, culture and experiences.
- Ensure that visual commerce guidelines and standard operating procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that you make the online purchase and then pick up from the store in accordance with the Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure that customer data is obtained according to the marketing team's requirements.
