- Collaborating with Design and Technical Team to clarify project details and specifications.
- Conducting comprehensive material assessments and sourcing materials.
- Evaluating production processes and labor requirements.
- Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for joinery projects.
- Reviewing and comparing supplier quotes for materials and components.
- Participating in project meetings to provide cost-related insights.
- Contributing to value engineering discussions to optimize costs.
- Maintaining a repository of cost information and historical data.
- Researching and sourcing materials from suppliers to obtain accurate pricing.
- Carry out cost breakdown based on project scope and complexity.
