Job Description

- Receiving and registering job requests in compliance to internal registration procedures including filling out of essential forms and files, job request approval and endorsement to estimation engineers
- Performing follow-ups and gathering feedback on sent quotations
- Providing effective coordination among Estimation Engineers and the inquiring entity (whether Sales, -exports or external customers or agents) on active estimation jobs by receiving customer specifications, communicating clarifications and sending reminders
- Writing and preparing technical specifications, catalogues, commercial offers and other documentations relevant to inquiries and tenders
- Sending and communicating of approved commercial offers and other relevant documentations to the inquiring
