- Develop and manage entertainment programs and events that align with the brand and target market
- Create captivating and innovative entertainment concepts to attract and retain guests
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute events and entertainment activities
- Manage entertainment budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality experiences
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote entertainment offerings through various communication channels
- Monitor and evaluate the success of entertainment initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
