Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, performance management, employee engagement and retention, compensation, HR operations, and statutory labor ;
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic ;
Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations ;
Take a lead and work with management to arrive at an optimum organization structure that is effective and cost optimum
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management ;
Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic ;
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and ;
Drive high employee engagement and retention especially the key talent exceeding the industry benchmark
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, HR Operations, legal labor compliance, and ;
Required Skills/Abilities:
Understanding business and its people implications
Solution mindset and result orientation
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and interpersonal and conflict resolution ;
Strong supervisory and leadership ;and industry network in the IT / ITES sector in and around Tricity
Thorough knowledge of applicable employment-related laws and ;
Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems, and current HR technology ;
Industry Preference : IT Industry
