Engineering Supervisor

Supervising and coordinating engineering projects from conception to completion.
Supervise and manage engineering teams, providing guidance and support when needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
Review and analyze technical reports, drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines and make adjustments when necessary.
Identify and solve technical problems and challenges that may arise during project implementation.
Provide technical expertise and support to team members.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, developments and best practices.

Required profile of candidates
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Professional engineering license or certificate.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering.
Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Experience in project management and leading teams.
Excellent communication and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
