Engineering Manager Office Intelligence

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, assigning tasks, set reasonable timelines, and overseeing the day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with business partners (business stakeholders / product managers) to define project scope and objectives, ensuring engineering excellence.
• Foster a creative yet accountable working environment, fostering an innovative approach that inspires the team.
• Plan and oversee the execution of all phases of software engineering, including requirement review, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Establish software development methodologies, set high standards and performance metrics. Make sure requirements of compliance are met for global projects.
• Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and applications, continuously updating knowledge to drive technological advancements.
• Conduct performance evaluations of team members and put in place plans for improvement as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Possess expertise in software development methodologies and hands-on experience with Java & Golang, showcasing exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering complex projects.
