Job Title: Virtualization Engineer

Purpose:
Manage and optimize the organizations virtual infrastructure to ensure high availability performance and security of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer VMware Hyper-V or Nutanix environments.
• Provision monitor and maintain virtual machines and infrastructure.
• Perform upgrades patching backup and disaster recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot virtualization server storage and network issues.
• Support capacity planning performance tuning and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in virtualization and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi Hyper-V or Nutanix.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers storage networking and DR solutions.
• Relevant certifications (VCP/NCP) preferred.
