To develop strategic vision exercise leadership and governance for global Asset Maintenance and identify evaluate and deploy new best practices for
all the clients global manufacturing area in order to achieve their strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Cascade and drive manufacturing
  vision and strategy in
  maintenance globally and
  exercise functional ownership and
  compliance.
• Develop Maintenance strategy for the client globally to align longterm plans process maturity enablers and improvement with MFG strategy and expectation.
• Align site BP with Maintenance strategy plans and initiatives to drive value creation addressing all
  relevant value drivers.
• Steward deployment and
  implementation of strategic plans through periodic progress updates under MFG strategy governance and operating rhythm.
• leverage benchmark outcomes to identify performance improvement
  opportunities and employ leading practices to support maintenance strategy.
• Establish framework and
  governance to identify evaluate and validate maintenance best practices and drive value creation through their deployment.
• Measure and improve maturity level in alignment with maintenance excellence model and governance to ensure compliance and effective implementation of deployed best practices.

MustHaves:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience with signification experience
  in Maintenance Planning and
  Execution.
• Experience in Petrochemicals or Chemical Industry operations in diversified multinational manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering and related fields.
• A strong technical background in
  standards and tools knowledge of best practices and policies for related equipment and Asset
  Maintenance WP.
• Experience in optimization and improvements of Asset
  Maintenance area.
