- Net Zero carbon strategies for retrofit of existing buildings
- CRREM & other decarbonisation pathways
- Green Deal, EU Action Plan, EU Taxonomy, Fit for 55
- Office package with focus on datasheets/Excel
- Main aspects related to financial analysis as simple payback time, return on investment, capex, opex, etc…
- Accreditation or certification on energy aspects (EGE, EM, Certificatore, etc)
- Previous experience in LEED/WELL certifications
- Second foreign language
- International study/work experience
