Job Description

- Assume the technical leadership for the PCB Facility,
- Coach the technical team throughout the pre-production to post-production phases
- Maintain the equipment roadmap, and support the adaption of new manufacturing technologies, processes, and best practices.
- Develop new capabilities by qualifying new processes and production materials.
- Review DataPack from Engineering.
- Promote Quality Compliance with customer requirements.
- Promote Safety Regulations and reinforce the culture of Safety
- Support the Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Represent the PCB Facility in the MRB and PCB meetings.
Profile / Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with 8-10 Years of Experience in PCB manufacturing process (or Master Degree with 5-7 Years of Experience)
- Advance level of Leadership
