Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Manager to join our team and lead our electromechanical engineering department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering with a proven track record of managing projects and teams. The Electromechanical Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electromechanical engineering projects from design and development to installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the electromechanical engineering department including project planning budgeting and resource allocation

Oversee the design and development of electromechanical systems ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical components

Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met

Conduct quality checks and ensure that all systems meet safety and regulatory requirements

Stay uptodate with industry developments and new technologies in the field of electromechanical engineering

Mentor and train junior engineers providing guidance and support as needed

Develop and maintain relationships with clients suppliers and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical engineering with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems including HVAC lighting and control systems

Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD and project management software

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations

Fluency in English both written and verbal

Previous experience in the Middle East or with Saudi Arabian clients is a plus
