Job Description

- Perform all duties in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Maintenance workflow (scheduling, PM tasking, work order creation, etc.)
- Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems - including Siemens PLC, Profibus etc.
- Ensure safety regulations and safe work practices across the facility.
- Trouble shooting photo sensors, scanning devices, embedded controllers, Programmable Logic Controllers, servo drives, variable frequency drives, Ethernet devices, remote I/O.
- Running technical diagnostic including fault finding of electrical circuits and pneumatic systems.
- High Level electricity skills - (AC/DC theory, relays, switches, solenoids, fuses, breakers, etc.), power generation and distribution (including 3 phase), electrical safety, National Electric Code, motor theory and protection.
- Understanding of safety regulations, communication skills, basic computer skills, basic math skills, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical and/or pneumatical schematics.
- Basic of Siemens S7 PLC, Basic of Beckhoff PLC, SCADA, HMI, Profi bus, ASI Bus, Ether NET., Reading Electrical schematics, Servo drives, Variable frequency drives (VFD), Ethernet devices, Remote I/O
Requirements
- Educational qualification Industrial training institute (ITI) certification/ Diploma/Engineering.
- Should have min 7 plus years of UAE experience in maintenance.
- Should be able to manage staff.
- Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs.
- Quality Knowledge of TPM, LEAN, Kaizen, 5S or similar.
- Should be fluent in English.
