eCommerce Planning Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for yearly, monthly, weekly and daily sales and volume & revenue forecast, considering market and business trends.
• Manage daily and weekly sales reporting for the business, sharing performance against internal + forecast/expectation.
• Tracking forecasts submitted/outstanding against deadlines for launches.
• Monthly consolidation of sales reports for S&OP prep
• Lead monthly ordering process for the respective business, prepare for Demand Review Cycle working closely with Global Planning team, Supply Chain & New Product Development team.
• Collecting and consolidating newness forecasts.
• Tracking product life cycle, forecasts submitted. Monthly refresh of assortment updates/discontinued products.
• Working closely with team to pre-empt out-of-stock skus / back in stock ETAs on a weekly basis.
• Review and make recommendations on ad-hoc inventory requests (inter business & inter warehouse)
• Tracking, troubleshooting, and following up on ERP Inventory issues and projects as needed.
• Set promotion and sales recommendation plans according to stock levels and budget
• Ensure that the marketing calendar of activations align with promos and inventory levels
• Identify GWP and sampling options based on inventory availability, budget, and set corresponding sales strategy
• Develop and coordinate virtual bundle ideas (SKUS, Pricing, sales mechanism, etc.)
• Manage Inventory related Order Issues, working closely with Warehouses and Customer Service

Requirements:

• Experience and familiarity with retail mathematics and analyzing large data sets, blending data from a variety of sources
• Strong excel skills and proven ability to build reporting dashboards from scratch
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems, and Power BI preferred
• Team player willing to wear many hats and thrives in a scrappy environment
• Availability to work across international internal and external partners
• CPG, beauty, fashion or lifestyle experience preferred
