- Coordinate theeCommerce business with internal & external (JnJ) teams
- Increase sales & profitability guided by the eCommerce strategy
- Hit revenue targets
- Remain informed of product category assortments, stock and seasonal merchandise
- Partner with ecommerce sites to communicate & achieve eCommerce business goals, continually enhance relationships with partners whilst developing and executing strategies in order to achieve theeCommerce goals
- Brainstorm new ideas and conduct competitive analysis with partners and internally
- Regularly produce, analyze and distribute site reports toeCommerce team
- Improve SCANR (Search, Content, Assortment, Navigation, Reviews) performance with all partners
- Identify & engage with new eCommerce partners
