About The Position

The person:

• 2+ years of HR/Employee Experience
• MS Office Suite Experience
• Experience solving employee issues
• Able to wear multiple hats
• Wanting to learn applicable laws and regulations at the local, state and federal
• Interest in expanding on programs (Engagement, Performance, Development, Employee Relations, )

The role:

• Oversee the new hire experience, including new hire paperwork, systems data entry, and orientation
• Make sure all employees feel recognized and appreciated
• Maintain and organize all employee documents and information, ensuring all private data is treated with a high level of
• Stay up to date and actively address all new regulations regarding any governmental and regulatory updates, as well as Workers Compensation programs
