The Doorman is responsible to ensure the smooth arrival and departure experience for guests, while maintaining the highest level of service standards. You will be responsible for creating Joy for Guests through anticipation, creativity, precision, empathy, warmth, tailoring every aspect of their stay to exceed their expectations.
About You
Ideally, you should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a luxury 5 star hotel. You will have excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude, willing to assist guests with their needs and inquiries. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, German, Mandarin, Russian or Spanish would be advanageous.
