• Make sure that all documents follow company guidelines and archiving files and records correctly.
• Controlled all copy documents released in the VAR ECM portal to registered user were electronically stamped and password protected.
• Keeping master copies of the documents and assigning permission to all company registered users in the distribution list through VAR ECM portal.
