Responsibilities:
• To receive and distribute all project data to concerned team members with proper transmittals and acknowledgement system.
• Coordination with onboard and shop supervision to ensure the latest documents are being used and to supersede the previous revisions with proper stamps.
• Proper definition of folders management, verifying the access controls to folders as per dept requirements and to ensure the storage spaces utilized wisely and effectively
• Assist supervision to prepare the project program and to reschedule the project plan against the defined documents distribution plan.
• Coordination with Engineering / Project management / Commercial incase of any disputes related to document numbering and revisions.
• Coordination with preparators and supervision to ensure that all documents are being controlled through proper revision management.
