Divisional Product Development Manager

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Marketing, or related field. Previous experience in product development or product project management is beneficial, and advanced degrees such as a master's may be preferred.

Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the market and customer needs, and the ability to analyze trends and market data to identify opportunities to develop new products or improve existing products.

Creativity and strategic thinking: the ability to come up with new ideas and formulate strategies to develop products based on the needs of the market and consumers.

Leadership and Team Management: The ability to lead the development team, motivate and direct them towards achieving product development goals and ensuring their quality.
