Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

• Receive delivery requirements and divide loads into various channels for distribution
• Generating airway bills for domestic and international shipments on various portals
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
• Arrange same-day deliveries through various channels and maintain records of activities and manage driver performance
• Responsible for maintaining and updating dispatch data with customer information for successful and timely delivery
• Responsible to follow up on tracking, receiving signed delivery notes, check or cash upon delivery
• Maintaining logs with accurate data and uploading relevant documents on server
  
  

Skills:-

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or a high school diploma with experience in customer service or logistics management
• Strong communication & problem solving skills and able to work with little supervision
• Attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Sound judgment and critical thinking
• Good knowledge of MS Office
