Discord Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Discord Community Manager. As a key member you will be responsible for building managing and growing our Discord community from the ground up. We are looking for a talented individual who has a proven track record in fostering engaging discussions facilitating community growth and has a deep understanding of the space.

Responsibilities:

Community Building:

Develop and execute strategies to build and grow a vibrant Discord community from scratch.
Create engaging content discussions and activities to keep community members active and involved.

Community Management & Growth and conversion

Moderate discussions enforce community guidelines and ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Address member inquiries concerns and facilitate constructive communication.
Ensure constant growth of the audience. Create multiple sales funnels to convert server users to existing business customers.

Events and Initiatives:

Plan and execute events contests and initiatives to foster community engagement.
Collaborate with team members to align community activities with overall business goals.

Communication Skills:

Effectively communicate with community members addressing feedback and maintaining a transparent and open line of communication.
Work closely with internal teams to relay community feedback and insights.

Requirements:

Proven experience in building and managing successful Discord communities (transferable knowledge from the cryptocurrency space possible).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Availability for fulltime engagement and active participation in community events.
