- Partner with Alvarez & Marsal’s Middle East Leadership Team including Country Heads and Managing Directors to develop & implement our Talent Acquisition strategy across the region
- Identify, target and successfully approach key talent at senior level across the competitor and wider target market landscape for the Middle East
- Lead and develop our regionally based experienced Talent team in addition to working closely with the senior members of the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition team
- Work closely with our hiring MDs on their talent requirements, collating and sharing market intelligence on our competition, identifying skills gaps and assessing against utilisation levels and general client pipeline to agree recruiting priorities
