Director - Product Marketing-TV Content

• Develop and implement the product strategy for eLife TV in both bundle and single service offerings. Maintain a roadmap for the product development.
• Maintain and update the Service Level Agreement that governs the relationship and responsibilities with content procurement partners.
• Co-create the Marketing Plans for eLife TV and On Demand services and devise operational strategies to transform the plans into actions. Take a supervisory role in the implementation of the plans.
• Examine and validate value propositions presented for the Home segment for eLife Triple Play, eLife TV and On Demand.
• Supervise the management of the customer experience for Home Services
• Oversee development and implementation of acquisition, usage and retention strategies, programs and plans to increase penetration, usage / ARPU for all eLife TV offerings.
• Provide input and final clearance on the communications created for the eLife TV product, screens and ad campaigns.
• Monitor product development giving final clearance of Business Rules, Statements of Work and User Acceptance Test results.
• Review and submit annual projections and budget requests for Triple Play, eLife TV and On Demand. Monitor performance.
• Monitor and track developments in the market and ensure that variances against performance targets are brought to the early attention of the appropriate senior manager and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise interactions with the Sales sections to assure coordination with regard to the TV product
• Manage, lead and steer the role holder’s direct reports to ensure cross BU and intra BU collaboration on projects and timely delivery.
• Influence major stakeholders on requirements and generate buy in for large transformation programs that may be complex in nature but necessary to augment and solidify the future state of the TV services platform and service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in related field.
• 6-8 years product and /or marketing experience
