Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's growth priorities and workforce plans
.
Build and manage a global TA team, including full-cycle recruiters and talent sources
.
Lead all executive searches (VP+) in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team
.
Develop and operationalize a talent planning model to enable both short-term and long-term recruiting plans
.
Manage recruiting demands and proactively assess recruitment volume and headcount planning during budget cycles
