Director of Sports Leisure

• Focus maximum concentration on health and safety standards for guests and colleagues due to the nature of the area and services provided.
• Develops, recommends, implements and manages the Recreation annual budget, business / marketing plan, forecasts and manning guide in line with hotel’s objectives.
• Knows the business with its competition and customer trends, new products, and legislation. Identifies, communicates and implements potential new revenue opportunities.
• Is highly visible and interacts with guests on a daily basis to obtain feedback and to build long term relationships.
• Ensures performance management for the team is implemented.
  

Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 5 years’ Sports & Leisure experience in a 5-star luxury hotels and resorts
• Graduate degree.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong management reporting skills.
• Strong Communication Skills (written & verbal)
• Strong in Microsoft Office Applications
