Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in managing procurement operations, vendor relationships, and risk management.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems and their application in procurement processes.
- Experience in setting and tracking KPIs, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- A deep understanding of the manufacturing process, with specific knowledge in the food sector being a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong negotiation skills
