- Director of Operations – Restaurants – KSA! Amazing opportunity for an experienced, hands-on, dynamic and well-presented DOO to take on this Senior Level position for this expanding hospitality group in Saudi! We need a hands-on but strategic thinker who can really push the business forwards, structure the organisation, expand current brands and bring in new brands! For this senior management position, we need individuals who are currently holding a similar job role, managing multi-sites and experienced in a variety of restaurant operations – ideally casual dining or upmarket café style operations…. It goes without saying that you will have a huge passion for what you do and must be very system and process driven! Gulf experience is essential for this role!
