Job Description
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, with master's degree preferred. Previous experience in human resources management is also preferred.
Personal skills: Ability to communicate well, solve problems, and make difficult decisions. The candidate must be able to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of laws and regulations: A deep understanding of laws and regulations related to work and workers, such as labor laws, social protection, and occupational safety.
Ability to plan and organize: The ability to develop and effectively implement human resources strategies, and organize and improve administrative processes.
