- Oversee the evaluation and assessment of fiscal implications of business models, viability and risk exposure of operations to any project and programs proposals.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Design, implement, and oversee the establishment of the finance department from scratch. Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions.
