Job Description
Experience and education:
An advanced degree such as a master's degree or MBA in business administration, or a related field of corporate governance.
Extensive practical experience in the field of corporate governance and risk management, with interaction with the Board of Directors and regulatory authorities.
Deep knowledge:
Deep understanding of internationally recognized corporate governance concepts, frameworks and best practices.
Administrative capacity:
Ability to apply and implement corporate governance systems and guide the company to compliance and continuous improvement.
Communication and influence:
Effective communication skills with internal and external parties, including boards of directors and supervisory authorities.
