Education and experience:

An advanced degree in a related field, such as business administration, law, or finance.
Extensive experience in compliance and governance, preferably in a previous management position.
Deep understanding:

A comprehensive understanding of legislation, legal regulations, and international standards related to compliance and governance in the field of work.
Analytical skills:

Ability to evaluate and analyze legal and regulatory policies and procedures and apply them effectively.
Communication and negotiation:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and build relationships with team members and different business departments.
Leadership and organization:

Ability to lead and guide the compliance and governance team to ensure the organization adheres to legal standards and legislation.
