Sr. Technical Recruiter:


TechnoLavas Manila, Philippines office seeks a dynamic individual for a Senior Technical Recruiter role. TechnoLava Inc. provides turn-key Blockchain Application Development solutions that solve complex and critical problems while fulfilling mission objectives for organizations involved in Blockchain, Metaverse and Web3 applications and technologies.

Position Summary: The Sr. Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the ongoing recruitment and selection of technology industry and leadership positions. This position will also implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates. The Sr. Technical Recruiter will partner closely with a variety of hiring managers and Human Capital business partners to assess recruiting needs to identify key recruiting issues.

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
Execute full life cycle recruiting (sourcing, identifying, negotiating, and closing candidates) for open positions at all levels and in all job functions.
Provide a fast and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
Part of the Human Capital Team to provide the foundation and framework to help successful people build a successful company.
Work closely with hiring managers at TechnoLava, you may also interact with contract Primes and as Government clients to help guide through the hiring process from start to finish.
Build relationships with internal employees to promote continuous and increasing employee referrals.
Support Bid & Proposal team as needed in process by providing candidate resumes or other requirements as needed.
Continually build and maintain pool of interested and qualified candidates.


Requirements

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 5+ years of recruiting experience in a software development or IT professional services environment.
Demonstrated ability in recruiting & delivering top level technical talent as well as other hiring needs including but not limited to administrative, marketing and sales.
Knowledge and ability to recruit using social media Including LinkedIn, Twitter, FaceBook and other sources.
Experience sourcing for passive and active candidates on job boards including CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Involvement in niche technical sites and groups.
Creative thinker that continually looks for new recruiting sources and strategies.
Experience with full life cycle recruiting from sourcing through to candidate starting with company (posting, sourcing, screening, presenting to hiring managers, make offers, and set up first day logistics).
Experience using applicant tracking systems (i.e. Zoho) for full life cycle recruiting.
Knowledgeable with employment laws and regulations.
Ability to work on multiple positions with competing priorities.
Excellent customer service skills in order to build and maintain strong candidate, employee and management relationships.
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with a high attention to detail.
Confident, inquisitive, technically savvy, and flexibility in an ever-changing environment
Strong organizational, time management, planning and communication skills required


Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; or 5+ years related experience and training.
