Director of Audit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or a related field, CIA or other audit qualifications will be preferred.
• UAE National with Family Book
• 10+ years of proven experience in internal auditing with strong finance background.
• Extensive knowledge of auditing standards, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Develop and execute a risk-based audit plan, encompassing all critical areas of the entity's operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of talented audit professionals, fostering their growth and maximising their potential.
• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of company processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending practical solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports for senior management and the Board of Directors, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to develop a proactive audit approach.
