Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Expert knowledge and work experience of Islamic banking and products is a must.
- Expert credit/financial/market analysis /loan syndication skills.
- In depth understanding of economic conditions within UAE and GCC.
- Expert knowledge of credit proposal processes and procedures.
- Expert knowledge of relevant UAE/GCC Islamic products & services.
- Understanding of all relevant Central Bank of UAE/Bahrain regulations.
- Effective communication skills in Arabic and English languages.
- Effective skills in client relationship management, negotiation interpersonal and presentation.
- MBA and or CFA preferred with minimum 10-15 years’ Islamic corporate banking experience of which 5 years in UAE or the Gulf.
