We are looking for a passionate Technical Writer who will work with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple geographical The Technical Writer will write educational documentation, helping customers understand our software and how to configure ;

In this role, you will:

• Research, outline, create, and edit new content for customer education and internal use: help articles, best practice guides, videos, animated gifs, and other educational
  

• Update existing content for releases and
  

• Approach everything from the customer perspective, prioritizing their experience as you create action-based, visually appealing resources that translate highly technical information into something they understand and trust to guide
  

• Write on subjects with accuracy and relevance by gathering information from subject-matter experts to understand its business impact, customer value, and technical
  

• Work closely with various departments to understand content requirements and the strategic
  

• Monitor internal and external feedback channels to help define customer needs and content
  

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• A degree from a reputable university
  

• A track record of excellence
  

• Superb writing and communication skills in English
  

• Native-level English speaker
  

• Highly analytical mindset with ability to recognize patterns
  

• Able to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly
  

• Enthusiasm for writing and technology
  

• Curiosity and motivation to understand business and customer perspectives
  

• Committed to high-quality output
  

• Strong time management skills
  

• Nice to have but not required: Experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, especially technical writing of software documentation in a B2B SaaS company
