1. Support the design of the E2E process that will enable Corporate Strategy formulation and update by ensuring full HOD buy-in
2. Conduct strategy workshops with HODs and use strong negotiation skills to ensure strategy is translated into tangible outputs
3. Support in the development of the market sizing and market/competitive trends analysis for Etisalat UAE
4. Perform a critical review of the market sizing estimates and market/competitive trends analysis across the UAE market prepared by other stakeholders
5. Perform a critical review of etisalat by e& functional strategies for the purposes of informing the design of the Corporate Strategy
6. Coordinate with executive stakeholders to support the design of detailed charters for Strategic Programs thus enabling strategy execution
7. Work closely and support Finance to ensure Corporate Strategy is aligned with Budget/5YSBP by synchronizing activities and translating strategy into quantifiable estimates
8. Conduct functional alignment workshops with key stakeholders to ensure functional/ departmental strategies are fully aligned in practical terms with the corporate strategy
9. Prepare Board related input, including and not limited to: Strategy communication elements, Strategy Board presentation, strategic justification to support management’s proposed financial targets, Board updates on emerging strategy topics etc.
10. Prepare strategy assignments around key topics with deliverables that lead to operational execution and/or facilitates effective management decision making
11. Identify the strategy related risks originating from the Corporate Strategy broken down by the different levels of the ERM framework
12. Prepare the Corporate Strategy related KPI dashboard and coordinate with the Business Performance Team to ensure KPIs are captured as part of HOD/ departmental scorecards
