Job Description
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer networking, including design, troubleshooting and common protocols.
• Ability to remain current in fast-paced, evolving arena of hardware, software and networking.
• Ability to set priorities and balance multiple requests for assistance.
• Experience in digital video exchange and other digital video techniques required by assigned department.
• Ability to make decisions on the fly when confronted with problems concerning the operation of the local area networking and/or PC services.
