- GCP training and experience in clinical trials research.
- Experience working with IRBs / Ethics Committees and regulatory agencies.
- Good working knowledge of CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) and ISO requirements related to research.
- Self-starter, energized, results oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Clear thinking/problem solving; success leading cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas.
