* **Budget & ROI Management:** Plan and manage marketing budgets monitor campaign expenditure optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI and ROAS.
* **Team Leadership:** Lead and coordinate SEO specialists social media marketers Google Ads specialists graphic designers video editors and content creators.
* **Execution & Performance Monitoring:** Prepare execution plans conduct regular team meetings monitor KPIs track progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
* **Project Coordination:** Coordinate with internal teams and project coordinators to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns for JachOOs and its clients.
* **Client Relationship and Meetings:** Attend client meetings both online and in person to understand business objectives marketing requirements and expectations.
* **Client & Management Communication:** Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings with management and clients to present performance reports discuss challenges and recommend future strategies.
* **Customer Satisfaction:** Gather client feedback resolve concerns and implement improvements to strengthen service quality and client retention.
* **Research & Innovation:** Stay updated on emerging marketing trends AI-powered tools automation technologies and innovative strategies.
* **Team Development:** Mentor team members identify skill gaps and support continuous improvement in team performance.
* **Accountability & Delivery:** Take ownership of marketing strategies execution timelines campaign results and agreed client deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration Digital Marketing or a related field.
* 24 years of relevant or Digital marketing experience preferably in a digital marketing agency IT services SaaS or B2B environment.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing content marketing lead generation branding and conversion optimization.
