Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a full-time, savvy Senior IT MSP Engineer professional to work a hybrid schedule remotely, as well as at our clients locations throughout the Greater Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange County areas.

While many companies have put hiring on hold or worse yet, conducting layoffs, we re not only strong and stable going into 2023, but we re growing!

We re experiencing a boom in both recurring business and a plethora of fun projects!

The ideal Senior IT MSP Engineer will possess the following:

• At least 3-5+ years of experience deploying and supporting small-to-medium business environments, including servers, networking, virtualization, and the cloud.
  
• Must be able to perform with a high level of autonomy and come with excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
  
• Possess excellent customer service skills and a desire to increase knowledge of cloud technology, virtualization, and networks for small-to-medium business solutions.
  
• Advanced experience supporting virtualizing services via Hyper-V, VMware, Office 365 and Azure deployments, Networking configurations, SonicWall and Cisco Meraki projects, Server and Desktop support.
  
• Expert level managing and creating Active Directory and Group Policy
  
• Domain synchronization and migrations of MS Office administration
  
• Function as the Lead in all infrastructure related issues and serves as expert escalation point to L1 and L2 engineers.
  
• Onsite service ticket resolution and projects
  This position is roughly 60% remote support and 40% onsite support at our client s locations.
  

Everything we do is documented in service tickets, so any experience you have working with ticketing and dispatch systems, especially ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, or similar is required

Serve as Subject Matter expert in all areas of technical expertise with network virtualization

Requirements

Must have:

• 3 5+ years of relevant experience specifically in Server and Network management
  
• A valid driver s license, personal vehicle (for when you need to go see clients), and automobile insurance
  
• An AA or Bachelor s degree in Information Systems desired, but not required
  
• Microsoft Certification or Cisco or SonicWALL certifications are highly encouraged
  
• Prior work experience with a Managed Service Provider
