Job Description
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
The Digital Design Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping our brands online presence and visual identity. The primary purpose of this role is to lead and inspire a team of digital designers ensuring the creation of compelling and usercentric digital experiences. The job holder contributes uniquely by combining creative expertise with strategic thinking influencing our digital brand image and engaging our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the digital design team setting high standards for creativity innovation and usercentered design. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align digital design strategies with overall business objectives. Conduct regular design reviews offering constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and foster professional growth.
Project Execution: Lead the conceptualization and execution of digital design projects from initial ideation to final implementation. Ensure timely delivery of highquality designs meeting project milestones and deadlines. Oversee the endtoend design process from wireframes and prototypes to final deliverables.
Cross Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the design marketing product and development teams ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Translate marketing and product requirements into visually compelling and effective digital design solutions. Provide design insights and recommendations to enhance the overall user experience and achieve business goals.
Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and design best practices. Infuse innovative design concepts into digital strategy pushing the boundaries of creativity. Collaborate with team members to experiment with new design tools and methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful digital design projects and portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and platforms.
- Experience working in the banking and/or financial services industry.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma etc.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and other web development technologies.
- Knowledge of the latest design trends tools and technologies in the digital space.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Digital Design Product Design or any related field.
- A Masters degree is a plus.
