Experience supporting Office 365
1-3 years of basic troubleshooting experience
Experience with following documented process
Experience working with end users (communication)
Exposure to SCCM
Exposure to IOS or Android (phone/tablet) support
Bonus:
SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams
SCCM from a high level – all of the software packages come through this
Remote support tools – UltraVMC – SCCM Viewer – MS Teams for screensharing
