We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Design Manager to join our team. The Design Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the design team on a variety of projects from concept development to final execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality and F&B interior design principles and practices as well as experience managing and mentoring a team of designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team on a variety of projects from concept development to final execution
- Develop and implement design concepts that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the production of design drawings renderings and specifications
- Manage the budget and schedule for each project
- Collaborate with other departments such as project management construction and marketing
- Ensure that all projects meet company standards and deadlines
- Mentor and develop junior designers
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Hospitality and F&B Design Experience is a MUST
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field
- 10 years of experience in a design firm or related industry
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
