Design Manager

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the design process and showcase your ability to develop initial design layouts for potential projects.
• Ability to do site visits to potential venues and understanding the difficulties and possibilities of the site.
• Collaborate closely with the head office to address drawing, plan, schedule, and any other project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct frequent site visits to ongoing projects
• Monitor project advancement in line with the established project plan, proactively informing the head office of any updates and taking swift corrective actions when necessary.
• Exercise diligent supervision over the entire project’s execution process, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining exceptional standards and meeting the satisfaction of SHG.
• Uphold continuity of business operations while adhering to approved design and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field, with at least 5 years of project management experience on the client side.
• A background in hospitality and F&B projects will be highly valued.
• Previous experience in project management, and possession of PMP certification will be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of MEP technicalities
