Job Description

- Ensure that adequate support is provided in the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure a ready pipeline of sites suitable for development in areas of real estate, infrastructure, public space and landscape, as well as to support the successful execution of design and build activities, on-time and within budget.
- Facilitate liaison with external consultants as required to help with the development appraisal and evaluations and manage the provision of pre-development analysis support to determine viability of the development projects.
- Assist with new real estate and infrastructure development opportunities and support in the assessment of their potential for development in line with company business strategy and asset management. Participate in development of market propositions for potential investment partners.
