Key Responsibilities:
Our Client is a group of companies, with over two decades of experience, was established in 1987 as a timber fenestration provider and since then the company had consistently excelled in catering to major projects pan-India & They are manufacturing and marketing a wide range of high-quality German technology uPVC Doors and Windows as well as a premium range of weatherproof outdoor furniture, pool loungers, designer planters, and swings in collaboration with the world’s best German The brand has been a benchmark in quality and customer service in the furniture The USP of the brand is global standards, UV stability, and color fasting
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement design and development strategies to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing outdoor furniture designs that meet customer needs and market
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer
- Create 2D and 3D designs using CAD software and traditional sketching
- Oversee the development of prototypes and ensure that designs meet quality, performance and safety
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that designs are feasible to produce and
- Manage the design and development team and ensure that team members are meeting their goals and
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the design
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that designs meet customer needs and sales
- Continuously review and improve the design and development process to optimize efficiency and
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design or a related
- Minimum of 2-10 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in the furniture
- Strong leadership and communication
- Excellent design skills and ability to create aesthetically pleasing designs that meet customer
- Proficiency in CAD software and traditional sketching
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and
- Understanding of safety and quality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as
