- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
- Excellent coordination, monitoring, planning, supervisory and guidance skills.
- Excellent communication skills, tactful in resolving issues.
- Ability to form and lead teams and develop good rapport with the individuals.
- Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
- Cost consciousness and time management.
- Decision making abilities.
- Alertness and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach
- Multi-Tasking abilities
- Analytical
- Assertive
- Familiarity with EPC working environment.
- Exposure of software packages like Pathloss, Soundplan. Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of international standards and codes e.g. BS, ITU, IEC, IEEE, TIA/EIA, ISO.
- Good knowledge of detailed Telecom engineering and capable of reviewing engineering documents.
