Job Description
Education and experience:
Have a high degree in a related field, such as business administration, industrial engineering, or production management.
Extensive experience in management and production, preferably with previous factory site experience.
Administrative capacity:
Experience managing teams and motivating workers to achieve factory goals.
Ability to develop strategies to improve productivity and achieve appropriate costs.
